Tinola w/ Moringa (malunggay)

It's eating time! My mom told me that they have Malunggay in their backyard so I told her when we get there to cook TINOLA for me. She said when I was a child I will not eat if I could not see leafy vegetables on the top of one spoon rice. We are used to eat vegetables. A tinolang salmon with Malunggay I will never exchange it for any kind of food.

I'ts so easy to cook. The ingredients are tomato, union leaves, ginger, malunggay, water, salt any kind of fish you want but we chose salmon fish. Boil water add the union leaves, tomato and ginger put the fish, salt then lastly the Malunggay. Serve it while it's hot, so quick to cook and it's healthy.
