GARLIC,ONION and tomato

This three are not just only condiments I like to use it if necessary in every time I cook. GARLIC has been found to have antibacterial, intiviral and intifungal activity. However it can't be a substitute as antibiotics or antifungal medication. It can help also to prevent heart desease. Another study showed that suplementation of garlic extract inhibited vascular calscification in human patients with high blood colesterol. So many studies showed that ONION contain chemical compounds believed to have anti-inflammatory, anticholesterol, anticancer and antioxidant. More consumption of onion reduces the risk of cancer it can also prevent osteoporosis.TOMATO is rich in lycopene so many studies consistenly believed that the more you eat tomato, the lower the risk you can have in different types of cancer. The tomato also an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A. The garlic, onion and tomato can make the food so tasty and deliscious and it has a health benefits too.

BREAKFAST

I can still remember my mom taught me to eat breakfast  every morning. She said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here in Netherlands, mostly people don't eat breakfast for they are in a hurry always.  Studies show that children who eat breakfast do better in school also for adults as well and doing good in any kind of work. When you skip breakfast, you are likely to become tired during your daily activities. Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight most people doing it but it's not a smart one. They believe if they will skip meal to maintain figure, but the body needs to be refueled a few times each day. Take it as a hobby to start it with daily breakfast. Actually, eating breakfast is good for weight loss and sets the tone for the rest of the day. This is one of Bert's favorite food every morning.

PINEAPPLE KIP

Kip is chicken in dutch I cook it every Sunday and Bert likes it very much and Michelle. Mostly dutch people like to eat potato like we usually eat rice. But here at home they like to eat rice also breakfast in the morning an egg with a sausage or ham. Our daily meal is 7:30 breakfast then 5:30pm dinner, but Sundays we will just drink coffee in the morning because we woke up late. I started to cook the PINEAPPLE KIP at 11:00am it's just an hour cooking.

Here's how to cook:
I prefer to cook it into the pot if you have cast iron pot that would be nice. The ingredients, whole chicken, garlic powder, white pepper, soy sauce, paprika, union leaves and pineapple juice. Put the paprika, a slice of pineapple and  union leaves inside the belly of the chicken then sew it make sure that it's close. Marinate it with soy sauce, white pepper, garlic powder then PINEAPPLE juice. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then simmer it over low heat until tender. I cook it for 1 hour it's so juicy and tasty.

Bert don't like to eat fruit that's why I include pineapple fruit in my recipes. Everytime I cook fish, chicken, pork meat, ham or sausage. PINEAPPLE fruit is a good source of vitamin C, minerals fiber and enzymes that is good for the digestive system and helps in maintaining ideal weight and balance nutrition.

It depends how you cook  I'll cut it sometimes the whole chicken and let the juice remain..Bert likes the sauce..
